All 3 beds we bought for our new home a little over 3 years ago have fallen aprt at least once.Outten Brothers does not replace, they just patch up with staples and nails. The last time the beds were "fixed" our daughter did it.
I will not recommend this store to anyone for anything. I feel if someone purchases something from anywhere and it falls apart within 3-5 years it should be replaced at NO CHARGE.
